If the customer has a change of mind or does not find the product suitable
it may be returned within 7 days and monies will be refunded.
Please inform Ruby Mill of the intention to return products and arrangements
will be made to return funds.
The items should be returned in the original display case and must be returned in good order and not be damaged in any way.
If products are damaged during delivery, please retain all packaging for inspection by Royal Mail or other carrier, for insurance purposes.
Contact Ruby Mill to arrange a replacement or a refund and arrangements will be made to return the damaged goods.
Please note that some gemstone products may not be replaceable due to the unique nature of the gemstone, or its rarity. A full refund would be applicable in this situation.
